About Me

I became a bodyworker 30 years ago and within 5 years of experiencing different modalities of therapeutic bodywork, I quickly realized where my passion was.

In a continuing education class for Manual Lymphatic Drainage that was 160 hours, I didn't want to stop learning more about it. I was lucky enough to work under an Occupational Therapist who had her own clinic and the same training as I had. I worked with her for 10 years experiencing and learning so much relating to patients presenting with swelling that their doctors had no answer to. Often I would have a patient remark that they wish their doctor would have sent them to us first instead of last.  There were many requests for post operative lymphatic drainage therapy but we were strictly a physician referral prescription office.

I am now at a chapter in my life where I've decided to exclusively focus on cosmetic surgery recovery and also general surgery recovery lymphatic drainage.
